Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • ? cup high-glucoraphanin broccoli sprouts, loosely packed
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ? tsp cinnamon
  • ? tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ? tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • ? medium banana, frozen
  • ? avocado
  • ? cup ice

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice as desired.
